“Are you going to kiss me, or what?” he said, his voice coming out quieter than he intended.
“I don’t want you to get the wrong idea,” Suguru said. “I’m not just looking to fuck you, Satoru. I truly think you’re a gem. I want to care for you in ways that no one ever has before.”
God, Satoru didn’t care about any of that. All he could think was that if he didn’t get Suguru’s lips on him right at that second, he might just die.
“Please,” Satoru said, “just fucking kiss me.”
Satoru is a server at an average restaurant. He enjoys his job and doesn’t take it very seriously.
Suguru is one of Satoru’s regulars. He comes to the restaurant weekly, just to have Satoru serve him.

“What kind of person gets off on blood?” said Yuji, and Megumi licked his lips as he stared at him intently.
“Perhaps the kind that’s not a person.”
“No, you’re not,” Yuji agreed. “You’re like… a figment of my imagination. You’re so fucking beautiful, nothing that looks like you could ever be real.”
Megumi just stared at him with those blank eyes.
“I am real,” he said. “I’m only dead.”
Yuji is self-destructive in more ways than one. Megumi searches for men specifically like Yuji to feed from and then kill. He never expected Yuji to enjoy it so much, nor did he expect himself to cling to Yuji’s presence like a lifeline.

Summary
The temple was peaceful today. It always looked the most beautiful on sunny spring days. The smell of flowers wafted through the halls on the breeze, carrying with it sweet perfumes and melodies of the wind chimes and bells. The shadows from the buildings painted intricate pictures across the walkways and interior rooms. Each building shone brightly, like they were beacons to some being looking down from the heavens. A cry that they were here, that they were waiting to be visited. When you walked past the shrine, prayers chanted to the skies drifted through the air, nourished the flowers, and made the crystalline blue stretching out far above their heads brighter.
At least that’s what someone more poetic than Fushiguro may have thought. To him, it was a simple spring day. Nothing more.
“I can feel you staring,” Gojo sing-songed. “Something you want to ask me, Megumi?”
Fushiguro tensed. “I was just thinking about how weird you are.”
“Today is a glorious day,” he sighed, smile tugging at his lips. “Today, our god is reborn.”

Six months ago, Geto Suguru never would’ve considered leaving Jujutsu Society, and Gojo Satoru never would’ve imagined himself adopting two children while still in highschool. Things change when an anonymous letter arrives warning that the Fushiguros are being sent into foster care. Satoru tries to pull together an impromptu family to raise Megumi and Tsumiki at Jujutsu High, but internal and external forces begin to tear his plans apart. As Suguru spirals into an identity crisis and Shoko descends into depression, Satoru attempts to do the impossible and form a functioning chosen family out of the Jujutsu High second-years.

"Who is it?” Megumi asks. “Your— you know.”
Gojo looks down at the silver band adorning his left hand. It's dirty, but the grime smears off easily when he swipes his thumb over the cool metal. He used to be able to see his reflection in it — but now, when he lifts it to his face, he can't see anything at all.
"He isn't around anymore,” he manages.
"Oh.” Megumi pauses for a moment, and then he asks, “What was he like?”
Suguru Geto is a lot of things — a stranger, a friend, a son — and the only thing keeping everyone from going haywire in the aftermath of the apocalypse.
He's also dead.
Satoru Gojo isn't many things, but the people of the Six Eyes settlement call him a great leader. He tries his best to be the beacon of hope they claim he is, but he doesn't feel like much of anything without Suguru.
It's been two years since the outbreak of the Gordian parasite, and Satoru hasn't learned to live without him.
He won't have to for much longer.

The argument has been going for eleven minutes.
This is not unusual.
What is unusual is the location—the corridor outside OR three is not, technically, a designated space for interdepartmental disputes. There is a process for that. There is a form. The form is a single page, double-sided, and it asks the parties to describe the nature of the conflict in neutral language and to identify three potential resolutions.
Dr. Geto and Dr. Gojo have never filled out this form.
The administrator who handles this form stopped expecting them to at around the four-month mark, approximately six years ago.
or: Geto and Gojo work in the same hospital. This is, according to most of the staff, a mistake.

Yuuji swallowed around nothing. He wasn't sure if it was Megumi’s praise, or condescending tone that set off fires of arousal in his lower abdomen. “Can’t be that bad.” Yuuji mumbled, as if he knew anything about getting a tongue piercing.
“The healing process can get pretty rough.” Megumi grabbed a pair of black, nitrile gloves from a box. With practiced rhythm, he pulled one over each hand. “You'll notice a lot of swelling for the first few days.”
Yuuji watched—with embarrassing enthralment—as pale, lithe fingers disappeared into the plastic. He almost jumped when Megumi snapped the glove against his wrist. Are glove kinks a thing? Because Yuuji definitely just developed one. If this kept up, something other than his tongue was about to swell.
OR Driven by impulse, Yuuji decides to get his tongue pierced. And tries his best to not get bricked up during the process.

Inspired by an awesome fic with a similar, reversed premise—please go read it!
Rated for potential smut later, because I can't help myself.
This one has been in the works for a while; I was trying to make it a oneshot but ... at this point it's just too long, so I had no choice but to break it up into a couple of chapters.
Also fair warning, enjoy the ride on this fic, but the destination might be bad; good ending is not currently planned (though that may change, hence the potential bad ending tag) ... And, this fic will sort of have spoilers for the manga at the end if you haven’t read up to at least chapter 213; the anime hasn’t gotten there yet. But this first chapter and probably the second will be safe to read; I’ll make a note when the spoilers will commence for you.

He knows that they’ll never have what he craves so badly, that even after all these years he’ll never be the one who gets to hold Suguru’s hand on cafe dates or fancy restaurants. But he swallows his pride and his pain and keeps his head held high, because at the end of the day, when Suguru’s girlfriend has gone home, it’s his bed that Suguru crawls into.
And it's fine, it really is.
