Hannibal Lecter and Will Lecter have had their baby girl, Odessa Calliope. In the span of five years, Odessa will grow quickly and mature into an 18 year old. Hannibal and Will have to figure out how to navigate life with a rapidly growing, bloodthirsty hybrid baby.
Can Will begin to understand his gender identity while caring for a child? Will Hannibal and Will see eye to eye on parenting problems? Can they figure out a way to nurture their relationship with a child in the mix? What will Odessa be like? Will she be an Alpha or an Omega? Can the family overcome a tragedy? Will Hannibal and Will try for more kids? How will they survive when Odessa goes to college?
So many unanswered questions. So many mixed emotions. Only time will tell us what happens to the Lecter's. We know one things for sure. Love always prevails.

Will’s heart thuds against his ribs. He feels formidable. Power sits in his chest like a small molten sun, warming him from the inside out. He wants Hannibal to bow before him, to kiss his ring.
What they’re doing now isn’t so far off from that, really.

While in prison, Hannibal draws Will from memory. His portraits are later published on TattleCrime. Will decides to let Hannibal draw him from life instead.

Summary
For years, Will Graham has been an avid fan of world-renowned tattoo artist Hannibal Lecter. His work, as well as his infamous studio in Florence, inspired a young Will to apprentice in the field and eventually run his own modest shop. He's always hoped of one day earning Hannibal's attention, and perhaps a piece of his own.
When the master artist posts online that he's planning to visit America, and that he's accepting applications for shops to host him for a guest residency, Will drinks himself brave enough to apply.
He does not expect to be chosen. He really does not expect his hero to be such a pain in the ass.
