Summary
Katsuki Bakugo is an up and coming pro hero with a lot of regrets.
Izuku Midoriya is a newly famous, quirkless detective, who has for some reason become a magnet for both heroes and villains, and he really just wants a cup of coffee. He's doing his best to keep his new friends while also not spilling that he already knows one Bakugo Katsuki, when suddenly the two of them meet again.

Katsuki looked at the girl on what the hand guy had called a “Nomu.” One couldn’t deny she was pretty, the way her dress swirled around her legs by an unseen force of wind, her eyes hidden by a black veil, her lips turned from their sullen expression to a psychotic smile and she lifted the veil.

Deku looked down at the UA students from where she sat, looking for the boy responsible for her death. There he was, dressed in such a nice outfit too. She grinned, smile sickening to the students. The one with grapes for hair was drooling, pervert. Were the other boys in the class like this?
She could use that against them.

Ikumi’s been dead for a few months, at least that’s what everyone thinks. But unless ghosts are real, that suicide was fake as Ikumi now sits on the shoulder of a Nomu, sick grin on her face and a mind like a psychopath’s.
Katsuki’s been haunted after telling his ex-classmate to swan dive off a roof and then she did. Now a mysterious girl appears on the shoulder of a Nomu, wanting to attack all of them but especially him. The sickening realization that she might be the same girl coming back to bite him.
Ikumi searches for vengeance.

Summary
Izuku is five years old the first time he's saved by heroes. He's an instant fan of the woman in pink with her cheerful smile and the man with his ice powers and fine-boned features, even if they both refuse to tell him their names.
For most of his life, Izuku has been the centre of villain attacks, but he has never been injured. Every time, he's saved by bright, unknown heroes—heroes who smile at Izuku, and ruffle his hair or ply him with hugs, and seem mesmerised by how small he is.
Heroes that the rest of the world doesn't believe exists.
