Il Dottore appears in a world where “heroes” are a social pillar and quirks are something people are born with.

Forced to exist in a world that idolizes heroism, he doesn’t try to adapt or seek redemption. He studies its rules, finds its flaws, and begins to intervene as someone who doesn’t see people, but pieces. His actions don’t go unnoticed, and when the right villains set their sights on him, the balance starts to shift.
The line between villains and saviors becomes irrelevant, and the real problem stops being who is fighting… and becomes who is controlling the board.

No one knows what happened to those children, those babies, except for the victims themselves and their kidnappers. But one, got away, out of the dark gloom of the laboratories and into the blinding, shining sun.
