This is a contiuation of What If You Didn't Fly Away. Basically a collection of one-shots that go over various plot points and changes that happen all over the 3TDS timeline before we get to team RWBY. Raven stops briefly before leaving the room at Yang's crib, giving her little dragon one last kiss on the head, before continuing to sneak through the unnaturally quiet house, hardening her resolve at the front door when she grabs Omen. Maybe, once she's gone, the guilt for what she's doing will finally leave (Maybe the noisy bird with stop screeching in the back of her head). She opens the door, getting all the way down the porch, preparing to shift forms and fly when a voice startles her out of her thoughts.
"So, you going to leave. Just like that."

I know that won’t stop you, I just need to make sure you know.” Ruby nods in understanding. With one final nostalgic smile, Alex snaps their fingers.
