words cannot describe how much i adore this fic. i got here pretty late to the party but i binged this entire thing in just over a day and I was hooked the entire time. my house could've been on fire and i'd still be reading it.
the characters are written so wonderfully in character, and the inner thoughts from them feel so genuine and unique to all of them. the dialogue flows insanely well, the imagery is beautiful, and it's everything i could ever ask for in a hanahaki fic.
this fic has so much inner struggle, and is so incredible at portraying each character's individual turmoil and guilt. the tender moments feel tender. the fear the characters feel is so intensely real. the raw panic.
but the soft is so soft. this fic is so good at tugging on your heartstrings. the relationships and their interactions and their *love* shine through so well and i'm not sure if i've ever enjoyed a fic more.
PLEASE read this oh my god. the banter, the struggles, the awkwardness, the tentative hope, the gripping affection ........ i love this fic more than i know how to describe
