Summary
Ricky had not been brought up religious and yet in his final moments he found himself begging for someone to rescue him. He didn't care if it was a god, a deity or a spirit, he just didn't want his short life to end on the side of a road surrounded by humans. Nineteen was too young for most creatures that roamed the earth to die. It was far too young for a vampire.
His prayer was answered in the form of a scream. A human scream. A human scream far too close to them for comfort. It was followed by another howl.
Vampire Ricky is on the run from hunters, when he comes across a wolfpack. Little does he know his life will be changed forever.
