Summary
“Starscream”, Megatron said kindly, more calmer and softer than the two Seekers, but in his mind all Starscream heard and saw was Megatron spit at him and rage at him. Starscream heard Megatron exactly the way he spoke, but his mind was a mess already, and his trauma just replayed a different record of Megatron’s way of speaking to him.

Summary
Soundwave and Starscream had belonged to each other long before the war reached its peak.

Soundwave took a step forward, closing the gap between him and Starscream, and played another voice clip. “[I think he might have had a faceplate, but had things done to it and now he doesn’t like to have it out.]”
“Well—” Starscream sputtered. He opened his mouth to answer but paused when Soundwave took another step forward and brought his servos forward to cage him against the control panel he had been standing in front of earlier.
