This fandom is a prison.
I LOVE THIS STORY SO MUCH!! I love their relationship, i love the girls and how much fun they have, i love how much of a family they all are. I love Qifrey's relationship to his own past and seeing Olly's past. I love the sense of belonging sewn into every word and paragraph here, i love seeing people come home, to their own land and people. I also absolutely loved learning so much new here!
And the traditional dances! Ohhhh my heart!! Back in my country traditional dances are performed so rarely these days, everything slowly eroded by decades and decades of imperialism and cultural genocide, and those few traditions that we do still preserve, ohh theyre so special. Reading the atelier family dance made me tear up slightly. Theres just so much joy.
