Pomni had played this game before, and despite Caine’s insistence that he re-explain the rules every time, it would prove to be a pretty simple task. Today had been shaping up to be fairly easy by Circus standards. That was, until Caine had told her specifically to come find him after their morning de-briefing. He had explained that he had a “special adventure” for her, but didn’t elaborate beyond that. It made the jester uneasy; who knew what the Hell he had planned for her.
