Summary
Remus Lupin has the perfect fiancée. He's charming, attractive, rich, and comes from high society. They never fight and are currently preparing for a lavish wedding only three months away. Everything is perfect--or would be, if Remus weren't so utterly and miserably sick of him.
Remus wants out, but there's a catch: whoever breaks the engagement has to foot the nonrefundable wedding bill. Remus, being an aspiring author and a part-time substitute teacher, can’t pay for it and won’t back down. However, when he discovers Sirius has been faking contentment as well, the two of them go head-to-head in a battle of pranks, sabotage, and all-out emotional warfare. Only, as the wedding grows closer, they slowly come to realize they're having fun with the person they least expected. Each other.
