Summary
Before he even met Doctor Robotnik, Agent Stone understood the undeniable rules of being his, and truly, he was his. There was a sense of belonging that came with being around the Doctor as a whole, and it was not one of compassion or comfort like one may feel in a domestic partnership. No, from the briefing he had been given on Robotnik, Stone understood that he would no longer be property of the government once he was assigned to him. Instead, he would be Robotnik’s and Robotnik’s alone, no longer his own, yet nothing to Robotnik either. To the Doctor, he was an object to use and dispose of as he saw fit, and most days, even less. That was rule one.
AKA: I intended to write a brief thing about how Stone and Robotnik got together and got wildly carried away.

Summary
They had to go spy on an informant, make sure that they weren’t double crossing the US government in any way. They wanted Robotnik to go for his spy tech, and Stone insisted that he go with the doctor since he is his personal body guard and assistant. The government, the sick jokesters they are, said that the only way it would look natural for them to be out together at a fancy restaurant would be if they’re dating.
Doctor Ivo Robotnik, an even more sick jokester, took this as a challenge.

Agent Stone is standing next to him and…
And almost hugs him, holding him with one hand under his elbow, and the other clasping his shoulders.
He is TOUCHING him.
And he didn't just touch him, the agent holds him with strong grip, gently but confidently restraining him, preventing the doctor from destroying everything around him in a fit of rage, and from harming himself and his own work. Robotnik closes his eyes tightly, waiting for the onset of an unbearable, nauseating feeling of animal fear from the touch of another person, which… Doesn't come.
One second, two, three… And still nothing._____________________________
So, Dr. Robotnik does not tolerate touching. But what if that is not just dislike, but real haptophobia. Also, I decided to introduce a parent figure in the person of Commander Walters to show how Ivo's personality was formed from childhood in this context. So, he's only half an orphan in this fic.
Also, I've wrote this work a long time ago, after the first movie, so may it be the AU, forget the 2nd movie...
