    Kacchan went silent, not like the expected outburst at the confirmation someone was better. Everyone at the table stared at him.

    “What? It’s Auntie Inko,” Kacchan elaborated (barely) like that would clear up the situation. He started to get more irritated. “Is it a surprise that I like his mom more than him? I’ve known her my whole life!”

    …

    “I don’t actually like your mom more than you.”

    Izuku looked up in shock, staring at Kacchan. He had said exactly what Izuku said before.

    “I mean—no. Well. It’s complicated.”

    "...I’d have to say I’d kill Dynamight,” He makes a point not to look at Katsuki because he just knows his husband will be seething (and have to try and hold back because, obviously, nobody - except a couple of their friends who are also heroes - know about their relationship), “uh,” He pretends to think about it but he has his answer planned out already, “I guess I’d marry Uravity and kiss Shouto.”

    “Can I ask w-”

    “Thank you!” Izuku bows at the woman and quickly rushes off. One, because he knows that she was about to ask why and he’s not really wanting to explain his reasoning because, well, that’d be complicated. Two, because he needs to get away from Katsuki as quickly as humanly possible. He doesn’t want to give him the chance to confront him. He needs to get lost and he needs to get lost quickly, not caring if it leaves the woman stranded.
