After accidentally blowing up July and being in a coma for two years Vash wakes up in December City, not being able to remember Anything that has happened since he was “a teenager”.
He does not remember who he is besides his name and his brother. 150 years have passed since his last memory so the world he is waking up to is strange and unfamiliar.
This is the most self indulgent thing I've ever written.

He levels his coldest, most fearsome glare at her, hoping to stir unpleasant memories of Namek.
To his humiliation, Bulma only laughs.
