“I know, I know.” Peter begins, hoping they could get past that point in the story quickly. “But you have to admit that I wasn’t in any danger from him. He was trying to get me to walk away for fu- fudge sake”
Tony pointed the spoon at him in admonishment, letting him know he had caught the slip.

Matt frowns, head tilting. "Did the portal teleport us to a different part of the city?" Peter presses his lips into a thin line, rubbing the back of his head in thought.

Summary
Out on a rooftop in Gotham one night, Tim Drake contemplates the worst. With no one to care about him being gone and with only lonely halls at Drake Manor to keep him company as he sleeps at night, he thinks that it'd be better if he just gave it all up. He doesn't expect Batman to come and join him. Maybe there is light in the darkness after all.
