It started when Kevin McCormick stayed up late one night. He had known about Karen's “guardian angel” before; for the past two years, he had been a constant comfort in her life, but had assumed he was an imaginary friend. Someone to help her cope with being a McCormick, certainly healthier than Kevin drinking since middle school, or Kenny vanishing off who knows where.
But instead, he heard Mysterion’s shitty Batman impression outside his window.
