He is in pain.
Has been in pain.
He's tired and has been tired.
He has been carrying this weight, a burden that he carries alone.
Never let anyone see the cracks, the weakness.
But.
He's in pain and tired. And now he feels like he's not alone anymore.
He doesn't want to rely on other people because there is nothing else that he hates more than to be a burden.
But he's also scared and cold, and he can't bring himself to spend another night outside.
So for once, just this one time.
He asks for help.Or, Bakugou Katsuki is sitting on a bench out in the cold after running away from his house. Because it has gone too far and he's tired of hiding.
Not that he'll be able to hide this anyway.
So he decides to call the one and only adult he's ever trusted and respected.

The group was skipping, giggles filling the air as they had what Bakugou could only see as unfiltered fun. Embracing the simple things like linking arms and skipping–because that’s what kids did.
And they were kids. He knew they were kids–kids that had a lot on their plates from an age that was far too young. Bakugou’s scowl turned into a frown. He wanted to join.

Out of all the annoying and potentially dangerous people who could have found him, this was by far the worst-case scenario.
“Obviously not alone anymore,” Katsuki sighed, slightly aggrieved that his spontaneous philosophising had come to such an unsatisfying end.
“Too right that is, kid,” Mic chuckled.
Katsuki didn't know what it was about life that this guy found so entertaining.

Bakugou stares into space as the rest of his classmates cry and beg Aoyama to tell them he’s innocent.
They’re pleading with a traitor, shedding tears for him.
Aoyama gave the League of Villains the leak.
He was the reason Bakugou was captured.
He was the reason he sat in that dank, crappy room chained to a wall, tortured and helpless.
He was the reason Bakugou couldn’t sleep at night, the nightmares so vivid and terrifying that when he woke, he was drenched in sweat, shuddering and sobbing uncontrollably.
If Aoyama hadn’t tipped the League off, Bakugou wouldn’t be fucked in the head like he was now.
OR
