So Shouta has Izuku stay in the school until he can come pick him up. It's not good for a young kid like Izuku to go on the train alone. (especially not for quirkless children, it's pretty easy to tell Izuku is quirkless if you look down at his shoes and know what you're looking at. And unfortunately there's some people in this world who are sick. Way too sick.)
It usually doesn't take long for Izuku to notice he's at the school and come rushing out to meet up with Shouta. Never more than ten minutes.

Izuku could barely hold in the bundle of excitement that he felt when he heard the assignment. A full day disguise assignment. They had to make a disguise and wear it, while acting in character, for an entire day. They could be anyone, real or fake, but they had to have a solid background understanding, and if it was real, they had to act like the person, although the voices could change.
It was pretty much Izuku’s dream assignment. Especially when Aizawa said that if anyone impressed him enough, they would get to join him for a small undercover mission he was going on a week afterwards. Izuku was desperate to see how that kind of operation would go. He had to win.
Luckily, Izuku had one thing no one else did. Over a decade of cosplay experience.

Izuku is an insanely skilled cosplayer and has been waiting his whole life to show off his favourite costume to his favourite hero (of course it had to be perfect)

Between a loud blonde radio host who insists on being “Uncle Mic” and a small white principal who seems to know everything, Izuku begins to learn what it means to be seen—and safe—for the first time.

They make eye contact. The guy is handsome, really pretty, exactly her type — Rumi can't believe her luck, as stranger offers his hand to her.
At least it seems that way until he shakes the non-existent dust off his shoulder and gives her a look of disgust. And then he just… leaves, leaving her to sit on the ground.
