Summary
Germany runs away to fight in the army while Prussia is attending a meeting in Berlin.
Prussia, of course furious, immediately starts combing through every single unit to find his son and bring him back.
Meanwhile Germany has already arrived at the front in France and, while bonding with his new comrades, starts experiencing the usual horrors of war.

I’m clutching the metal of the cot so tightly my knuckles are turning white. And that damn incessant light bulb swings and swings overhead making weird shadows rise and fall in the corners of my vision.
