And each week, Beatrice prepared herself to miss Ava, for while Ava wore her emotions on her sleeve she kept her history surprisingly closed-book. And so all Beatrice had was an impression that she stayed little and moved often, not one to bed roots in a city, let alone a wrestling school. And yet each week, Ava slipped into Cat’s Cradle like a stray, early enough to slink around Beatrice as she prepped for the session ahead. She chatted freely about her ambitions if not her past.
‘I want to wrestle at Hell in London,’ she would say simply, like the top English promotion was just a step on her predestined path. And Beatrice found herself believing it. In spite of her own experience: that Hell was out of her league, that she would never wrestle in Camden for one of the most dedicated audiences in all of British wrestling.

Summary
It is the 75th Hunger Games. In this twist, both boys and girls are reaped from one bowl. Beatrice senses something off about this reaping...luck is not on her side and Ava is reaped alongside her. As the two star-crossed lovers handle the media and bloodbath, they seem to form a real relationship. Faced with a difficult decision of life or death, but not in the way one might think; a call is made and only one victor is crowned.
