Summary
With a sad smile, Julian picked up his discarded clothing, still dripping with seawater, and exited the cabin into the night, fully nude and unashamed. Teveri and Avra watched him leave with a quiet moment of appreciation for the jump of his muscled ass cheeks.
"We fucked that up, didn't we?" Avra said into the silence. "He won't want to have sex with us again."
"No," Teveri agreed, a frown tugging at their scarring. "He was always too pretty for us, anyway."

Summary
Aziraphale realised, belatedly, as his fountain pen hovered above the paper stamped with Heaven’s official letterhead, that he hadn’t heard from Crowley in nearly forty years.
It was uncalled for. And awfully rude. What kind of enemy never followed up after a little spat?
Aziraphale attempts a daring rescue and absolutely everything is Crowley's fault.

Summary
Only as he finishes the puzzle that evening does he notice Crowley’s beaten him again. It's been two weeks since he's finished a crossword faster, and even then it was very close. Frankly Aziraphale’s a little sick of it. The written word is his forte.

Summary
Crowley likes Aziraphale. He really, really likes him. It's terrible. He can't help it if his one friend is an angel, but also a bastard, and that he really wants to hold his hand and run his fingers the feather-soft curls of his hair and kiss him until he's breathless. It's not his fault that Aziraphale is entirely irresistible. Crowley finds any excuse to pull him closer, and Aziraphale, most of the time, lets him. Isn't friendship amazing?
Six thousand years of dates and Crowley misses the memo.

Summary
The place bursted with green. Glossy, broad-leafed plants mingled with curious blossoms painted in vivid hues over every surface. The perfume of distant rainforests suffused the air. Fecund and contained, the glasshouse was an Eden, transplanted far from home.
“Clever, isn't it?”
One amber eye peered sleepily at Aziraphale from across the room.

Summary
“Damianos.”
Damen looked up. Laurent’s gaze was level, and very blue.
“Broadly,” Laurent said, “is it the pain? Or the being told what to do?”
And suddenly Damen was finding it very hard to breathe. Laurent simply waited him out, his gaze fixed on Damen’s face. Damen couldn’t help remembering Nik’s description from last weekend. High alert.
“Both,” he said finally. Laurent gave a short nod, like he was filing that away. “And…”
“And what?”
Damen licked his lips. “And you, I think.”
This time the wash of pink over Laurent’s cheeks was unmistakable. Damen reveled in it, even as he fought the urge to squirm at his own confession.
“Noted,” Laurent said, very evenly.

Summary
“Sweetheart,” Damen said, first thing. “Have you missed me?”
“Desperately,” came Laurent’s voice, the same as always, faintly accented and impeccably enunciated. He’d always had a gorgeous voice — light and smooth, but with a quality of richness that made its sound more resonant. In his quieter moments, he sounded almost tender, like he was cradling everything he said just between the two of them. “It’s not as though we were in the same building for five months or anything.”

Summary
The gold cuff was a steady, unwelcome clasp around his wrist, biting into the skin every time he moved. Its presence was unmistakable, as was its implication. For months, Damen had been a slave in Vere.
He did not remember it.
