Summary
If there's one thing Alaya keeps running out of, it's Counter Guardians. Sure, there are some who are dutiful and ever-ready, but so many of them, especially her favorites, keep killing themsleves. So, she sometimes goes and poaches heroes from other timelines. A bargain made and agreed is far, right?
Arceus disagrees. And in retaliation, snags four of the most likely hero candidates (and one failed hero) from Alaya and drops them into his world. They deserve a vacation, and a chance to grow up properly, take their journey. What could go wrong?
TLDR: the Emiya siblings and the Toshaka siblings are dropped into the wonderful world of Pokemon, with an Eevee each.

When waking up in another world, one usually hopes for a few cheat codes, a minute to catch your breath, and a friendly inn to meet party members at. And perhaps a familiar setting to delve into.
Instead, I've woken up in a Mars base, and am currently running from an alien invasion. If it weren't for the fact I've got my own magical girl transformation, I'd think I was in DOOM. Time to pull on my boots, lift my mage-rifle, and survive the invasion of Earth, and the Long War to follow.

Summary
A Human, Turned Pokemon. A Tale as Old as Time. Yet, even as the story gets retold time and time again, things change. Originally, it was a Mew and her Human, against the Dark Matter, a conglomeration of All Negative Emotions in the Primitive Society of the Pokemon World.
Then it was the Bitter Cold, a lesser, yet no less threatening incarnation of the Dark Matter.
Then was the Extinction Event averted by the efforts of the Red Rescue Team, their efforts at convincing the Legends to act to avert a calamity going down his history.
Finally, much more recently, within living memory for some, was the Time Gear Incident. A Dark Future, averted by a post-apocalyptic human turned Eevee and her partner, a Vulpix.
All of them went down in History as the Saviors of the World.
As did the Chosen Ones.
Sir Aaron. King AZ. Ash Ketchum. And so, so many more.
Fail or Succeed, their deeds would go down in history, for good or ill.
And Now, The Journeys of one Chosen by the Legends begins, seeking to prevent the calamities that will soon befall on the world.
Will she rise to the occasion? Or will she fall, like so many others before her?

Summary
Being the Master of Death made life difficult, especially when you need to save all of magical Europe from inbreeding its way to extinction. At least Death was enjoying watching his Master attempt this over and over again. Harry didn't find it nearly as entertaining. Well, tenth times the charm right?
