Summary
After a three-month long migration with his parents, and Sirius long gone to live his life with the Selkies, Regulus has three resolutions as he returns home. The first, keep his brother out of his life. Second, under no circumstances fall back into his feelings for James. Third, and most important, let no-one know that his fins are on the brink of changing - the very catalyst which led to his brother being thrown out in the first place. He lasts little more than an hour before one resolution is broken, and the rest seem ready to follow in dangerously close pursuit.
From the start, his simple plan for a safe life in his parents' shadow was falling apart, and he wasn't so sure he wanted to stop it.

Summary
Remus is the ideal housemaster and perfect husband to the good doctor, Logan Steele. He is. And in Victorian London, in a family of their standing, to be anything else is abhorrent. It's unfashionable. It's just plain wrong. The perfect home needs discipline, control, and a graceful sophistication which balances beauty and excess with modesty and good values. Control, however, in whatever form it takes, is something which Remus has never held in moderation or any real degree of success.
With his marriage and home life fracturing around him, it only takes one chance encounter to set him spiraling faster and further out of reach of the stability he has always striven for than he has ever been before. The consequences are deadly, and they don't even stop there.

Summary
The Light Sides and the Dark Sides had a dynamic that worked. The light sides were accepted, the dark sides were not, and the things that either side did that were not relevant to Thomas were not relevant to them. It worked. For the most part. Over the years they learned and relearned how to exist in the mindscape and with each other, despite the changes which so literally threatened to pull them apart.
Deceit had the honour of that front row seat all to himself for so many years of it.

Summary
Roman has two main problems in life. The first is that his adorable roommate is human and he is not. The second is that Remus is his brother. Both issues combine quite spectacularly when Remus invites himself over and Roman isn't there to stop him. He didn't know what he hoped for when he pictured Patton finding out he was a vampire but it wasn't this.

Living with the light sides, hugs and touches were thrown around like confetti. Moving to living with Virgil and Remus, Janus never realised how free that affection used to be. Now, navigating the new relationships on the dark side of the mindscape, Janus thinks that between the three of them, the little moments they made had the potential to be so much better than that. It was just going to take a bit of time.
