Twilight is strong. Physically and mentally. He was skilled at a lot of things, disguises, cooking, acting, you name it. He was disciplined and level headed, approaching everything with a logical and objective mind.
Loid Forger, well he was a weak man. And his weakness came in the form of a clumsy civil servant and a rambunctious little girl.
