Summary
AU, but set in Faerûn: In an attempt to avoid royal entanglement, wild magic sorcerer Serafina Säfström names an impossible price — the kingdom's firstborn heir — expecting to be rejected. To her surprise, the queen immediately agrees. She later discovers why when a fully-grown prince materializes in the middle of her townhouse. Some romantic-comedy nonsense ensues.
"Oh no," she whispered. "No."
"I'm afraid so," he said, giving a little bow that was more ironic than deferential. "My name's Gale. Prince Gale, I suppose. Crown prince, reluctant heir, wizard of considerable acclaim, scholar of exceptional accomplishment, and, as of about an hour ago, your… property." He smirked. "Or so it would seem."

This story is a partial novelization of a BG3 campaign with the main focus on the romance storylines between the companions and various Tavs. It starts in Act 1 with the tiefling party, then skips ahead again into Act 2 at Last Light, and so on.
