“Kacchan!” he chirped, grin spreading so wide it practically split his face. “You’re awake!”
Katsuki squinted at him. “Unfortunately.”
“I slept sooo good,” Izuku declared, wiggling happily against his chest. “Did you? Your bed’s really warm.”
Katsuki snorted. “Warm, my ass. You kicked me in the ribs three times. I barely got a wink.”
Instead of looking even a little guilty, Izuku giggled like Katsuki had just told him a bedtime story. He propped his chin on Katsuki’s chest, all soft curls and sleepy eyes. “But you didn’t leave me! I knew Kacchan wouldn’t.”
The words landed heavier than Katsuki wanted to admit, burrowing somewhere under his ribs where even explosions couldn’t shake them loose. He grunted, trying to shove himself upright—only for Izuku’s grip to tighten instantly. The kid latched on like a damn baby koala, fists clutching, legs tightening around him.
“Nooo, five more minutes!” Izuku whined, nose squishing into Katsuki’s shirt. “Just five!”

Or Izuku gets hit by a de-aging quirk and is four years old again. Chaos ensures.

Izuku’s eyes narrowed. “So you saved me.”

The question landed heavy between them, dense as the air after thunder.
Katsuki’s jaw tightened, a muscle jumping. “Didn’t feel like watching the sea win.”
Izuku studied him then—really studied him. The way he stood subtly between Izuku and the door without drawing attention to it. The way his gaze kept flicking back to Izuku’s face, as if checking for signs he might drop where he stood.
“You know who I am,” Izuku said quietly.
Katsuki scoffed. “Hard to forget the navy officer who won’t stop chasing me.”

Izuku Midoriya is another reject of society. He fights to eat and eats to fight. He knows he shouldn't keep living like this, but can he even really call it living, when there isn't anything at stake? So life as he had it, was okay. Until a ray of hope ruined everything and made him think there's something he could do to improve his situation.
Or
Izuku fights like there's no tomorrow and is winning to be fair, until Aizawa finds him, and puts an end to it.
