Summary
To become an immortal dragon is to lose oneself.
The Demon King has been defeated, but not without a terrible cost.
After they fall from the sky, Link discovers that Zelda is no longer the princess he once knew. Zelda chose to sacrifice her heart and mind just to give him a fighting chance, and now, in the aftermath of the battle, he must come to terms with what that decision truly means.

Even through this incredible sacrifice, her whole natural form, she continued to serve as Hyrule's leader and did everything she could to fight back the Demon King, acting as a symbol of perseverance and selflessness for every Hylian.
