"Reggie is here.” Remus replied, chuckling softly as he watched Sirius’ eyebrows furrow. “Before you meet him, I just wanted to say that I only figured it all out this week and I am mildly embarrassed that it has taken me this long to figure it out, especially with all the similarities. But I am glad that I did eventually figure it out.” He explained, smiling fondly as confusion grew on Sirius’ face.
“Moons, you’ve lost me. What are you talking about?” Sirius questioned, gently reaching out to grab Remus’ hand and intertwine their fingers.
“Regulus, one of my best friends and person I was most excited for you to meet… he’s over there.” Remus admitted, pointing towards the stage with a warm smile on his face. “But it turns out, you already know him.”
or, Sirius and Regulus both escape 12 Grimmauld Place at two different times, separately. Sirius leaves first, regretting an argument they had and Regulus leaves a year later. What happens when Sirius is searching for his missing s̶i̶s̶t̶e̶r̶ when he should be looking for his brother? Cue Remus John Lupin.

Regulus Black is a master of potions and one Thursday when he fails doesn't count. Of course not.
Regulus was working on a polyjuice based potion, he ended up a crying five year old and someone had to take care of him.

Summary
James came from a household where food wasn’t just a way to sustain life but a sign of love. He cooked because that was his way of showing he cared. Food, no matter what kind, had always been a way to show appreciation, apologize, say something no words could ever describe, so looking down and seeing an almost empty bag of dried berries, old ramen noodles and a water bottle made James tear up.
Regulus had a rather shitty week and everything just got too much. Him being Regulus, he lashed out on James for somehing minor.
They fight. They make up. It's emotional. Based on something I saw on the clock app. Bon Appétit.

“Reggie?” James’ voice sounds over the phone, and it’s tinny and sort of staticky but Regulus could cry from relief. Only now does he realize how unsafe he’s been feeling. He pulls his knees up to his chest, which is really not a very comfortable or stable position when sitting on the lid of a toilet but it makes him feel more whole.
“James,” he says, and the relief just pours out. It’s embarrassing, but Regulus doesn’t even give a fuck. “Can you come get me?”
