Well, Joe didn't even hide that he didn't want Nicky on the front lines, arguing ruthlessly against any plan that required it. When Merlin’s closely guarded secrets surface in the process, it’s up to Arthur to figure out how to proceed. Trust, love, protection, they’re all forms of the same thing, aren’t they? And what of secrets, burdens, and all the lies we keep to ourselves? This is a story about what would happen if we chose to pull off the veil and step, together, into the light.
