Summary
The Asset was very good at following orders. So when it failed in its mission to terminate the man from the river, it retreated to the nearest Hydra safehouse to await punishment and retrieval.
But its handlers did not arrive. So it had to work out how to eat, and clean itself, and get intel. And somewhere along the way, it decided that maybe it wouldn’t go back to its handlers. Maybe it would try to learn how to be a person instead.

Summary
Phil opened his laptop to watch a video while he ate, something to distract and fill the void. In trying to find a video on vintage cars, a channel he didn’t recognize from the usual community popped up.
“Vintage HouseOmega”
While the car in the thumbnail wasn’t vintage at all, Phil let his curiosity guide him to click on the video. There were artsy shots of the exterior and interior of the car and some non-identifiable jazz playing, but when the beautiful omega came on screen, Phil stopped mid-bite and softly gasped.

To Kip’s surprise, Scott didn't bristle. Instead, the corners of his mouth twitched, and a slow, devastating smile spread across his face. It fundamentally altered the hockey player's entire demeanor, erasing the stoic, intimidating aura and replacing it with something warm, incredibly charming, and deeply lethal.
