Which is why it’s entirely his fault that Starscream immediately falls into the clutches of a twisted Prime. It’s rather typical of Starscream’s luck that said Prime has an obsession with him specifically, and seems to have decided he’s a second chance… of some kind.

Summary
Peter Parker, like any 14 year old superhero mutant, really wants to catch a break. And yet somehow, he never gets one. He's just a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, nothing special, so what gives?
Well, that's only if you don't look at his biology ever since the radioactive spider bite. Or his extensive track record of running away from his guardians and that he was homeless for a bit. Or the amount of people in his life that have died because he's some kind of bad luck charm. Or that his foster-dad is Tony Stark now.
Or the fact that he was randomly kidnapped one morning on his way to school, and now he's in an alternate universe with a bunch of strange vigilantes that keep stalking him.
He thinks they mean well, but they're really weird. Besides that Red Hood guy. He's pretty cool. Though something about them- especially Nightwing- is familiar, that's not important. He has enough on his plate right now, considering there are multiple people trying to upend the fabric of time and space. He can figure out the other details later.

South licks a long stripe across his neck up to behind his ear, earning him a shudder from Takemichi. “It’s okay,” he tells him. “I’m going to make you scream.”
