“You’re another hallucination,” Sirius realizes. “Aren’t you?”
The man looks confused. He has a sharp curved nose and greasy hair and all-black clothes and scarred hands and dark brown eyes and a fierce scowl; he looks unlike anyone Sirius has ever seen before, which seems odd for a hallucination. But then he’s never hallucinated an entire person before, or at least he can't remember it. He’s heard plenty secondhand. “You think you’re hallucinating?”
“I have been for a week.”
“No, you haven’t,” the man says irritably. “This flat is haunted. I’m haunting it. And it’s time for you to leave.”
