Summary
“You never said anything?” Michael whispers. He knows the answer before Will even speaks.
“How could I? What difference would it have made?”
All the difference in the world, Michael thinks, but he understands that isn’t what Will means. The watchful eyes of Michael’s order and of the gods would have made it impossible for anything beyond the lines of camaraderie to flourish between them.
In the dark stairwell, pressing up against the wall and away from beam of silvery moonlight, Michael leans his head down to the delicate shell of Will’s ear and whispers:

I LOVE THIS FIC. One of the most magnificent hilarious romantic college byler endgame fics ever written. GLORIOUSLY top will/bottom mike (technically vers!). Mike has a nervous breakdown and essentially moves in with Will, becomes a model, and is the most charming darling gender exploring babe of all time and Will is so in love with him. This is one of the best byler fics ever written, it's so perfect, with such a unique and hilarious voice. Delicious. Reread.

Summary
What initially begins as Mike and Will calling each other exaggeratedly cheesy pet names to mess with Max and Lucas starts spiralling into something a lot more intimate and dangerous. Will isn't really sure where they managed to lose the plot, or how far they can go before there's no turning back.
Or: Max and Lucas go through a late honeymoon phase. It's excessive. It's gross. Mike and Will (well, mostly Mike) decide to engage in exaggerated bouts of PDA to demonstrate how disgusting the couple are being. It starts to get out of control pretty quickly.

Will was used to the bitter sting of another failed courting, most ending before they could truly even start.
He knew it was sabotage, knew exactly who was to blame.
It had been over a decade since he'd presented as omega, since he'd escaped the captivity of the sinister alpha Henry Creel, and the dark necromancer had stalked him ever since, intent on claiming Will as his own.
Then a new suitor appears, one who isn't scared away so easily.
Will tries not to get his hopes up, but that's easier said than done, especially when the courting continues long past when others had given up.

Mike frowns. “A secret? One I don’t know?”
“Mhm.”
“Is it—” Mike swallows, preparing himself for the gut punch. “Is it about a boy?”
“The boy.”
