Summary
Percy Jackson was done being a pawn for the Gods, punished for simply existing, even after everything he'd done to protect Olympus. With the help of a sympathetic God, Percy Jackson sheds his old life for a new one. It was hard, adjusting to a mortal life and going back to mortal schools, but he pushed on. He struggled, he persevered, and his life took a turn he hadn't expected but, honestly, wasn't going to complain about (too much) after his temper cost him. He'd adapt, and he'd do the best he could.
Ryland Grace just wanted a normal life, even if it was hard fitting in. His Demigod life was behind him, but always hanging above his head. It was hard to relate to others or make friends, but who needed friends when he had his kids? Being a school teacher was, honestly, the most rewarding thing. Even if they liked pushing his buttons at times. Grace would do anything to be the teacher for them that he never had, someone who'd fight for them, believe in them, and help them be their best selves.
So, when he wakes up in space, with no memory of how he got there, Ryland Grace thinks it's to save his kids. Percy Jackson thinks the Gods decided to punish him again. Both agree that letting Earth die isn't an option.

Summary
It’s been nearly 27 years since Eva Stratt forced Ryland Grace to board the Hail Mary and sent him off to his death for the greater good of mankind. Meanwhile, Eva and the Project Hail Mary team have been fighting a losing battle against the cooling sun—and their own demons—trying to make sure there were still people to be saved by the time the crew could send a solution home. Right on schedule, the beetles are returning to Earth, hopefully with the answer to saving the world. But Eva has something else to worry about; there’s every possibility Ryland Grace’s last words would be coming home, and all the time in the world couldn’t make her ready to face the consequences of her actions, or what will happen when her colleagues find out what she did to their friend.
It was time to find out if it was worth it for her to sacrifice Grace, and her soul, to save humanity. And to find out if she was ready to face him after all these years… -

Summary
When Eva Stratt called an unexpected meeting, nobody expected it to be about a message from off-planet, from an alien species who wished to share knowledge.
Especially when the voice translating the message was Ryland Grace's.

Summary
A little over thirteen years after the Hail Mary launch, Eva Stratt is released from prison to assist the world’s bickering space agencies after a junior NASA technician spots an unidentified object near the orbit of Neptune. It appears to be on a direct collision course with Earth, and is moving so quickly it does not appear to be affected by any local gravitational forces, not even that of Sol. Oh, and one more thing—it seems to be slowing down.
OR
Captain Dr. Ryland Grace pilots the Hail Mary home long before (and long, long after) its mission is supposed to be complete. In their desperate venture beyond their solar system, humanity may have just accidentally unlocked a new chapter in interstellar physics.
