The chosen of Bane, Enver Gortash, is a man of tightly leashed control. He’s cold blooded, everything about his life to be subjected to the domination of his will. He would see Baldur’s Gate on a leash of his will as well, and for that purpose he seeks an alliance with the chosen of Bhaal. Unlike Gortash, the chosen of Bhaal is not a creature that can be leashed. Feral, animal thing, she’s hot-blooded and whim to her basest desires. She’s not interested in Gortash’s plan, but she is interested in him. She wants to pluck him thread by thread until his perfect control unravels to see him completely undone. And once he’s fallen apart she’ll have his heart. To eat, of course.

The chosen of Bhaal views Baldur's Gate as her altar of worship to her father but can't help but be curious about this Enver Gortash who seems to be turning up everywhere she looks. When she meets him, she knows she's going to kill him. But there's no reason she can't make him lose that tightly kept control first and bring him down to her animal level. **Non-con note** - for anyone who wants more detail about the context of this, it's hypothetical/imagined but wanted to make sure I was careful. Strongest reference to it is in chapter 3. -
