Summary
We all seen this before, right?
Agent 3 and Cuttlefish find an Octoling, and it derails into the Octo Expansion DLC of Splatoon 2... except that this universe is different at its core.In this universe, long before humanity wiped itself out, there were people who used everything in their power to protect the Earth from any dangers.
People who, fueled by their natural Chaos energy, used their powers to make good around the world.
And while their impact may have protected this world, they were all still mortal, and they succumbed to the natural ending of things. Time...All except for one... (and maybe a few others, but who knows?)
Someone who has witnessed the end of humanity, someone who chooses to remember the good that he and his... friends did for the world. Someone that still keeps his promise and will keep it until the day he can't anymore.
That someone being... the Ultimate Lifeform, Shadow The Hedgehog.

She didn’t, it seemed, want to give him an answer. So he gave her a sigh instead. “Those robots aren’t a challenge to me, or my friends. Nothing you’re doing will stop us.”
“I… I know,” she breathed; her lower lip quavered just a little. “I’ve run the simulations, hundreds of thousands of times.” Her body seemed to shrink back. “No matter what I do, the outcome is always the same.”
He stepped forwards. “Then why keep fighting?”
“B-because I have to,” she forced out, her whole form starting to shake. “I was created to continue the war, to continue his conquest, no matter the cost.”
Dr. Eggman is dead. The war for the planet is over. And yet, in a bunker at the end of the world, Shadow finds someone still trying to fight on.

Summary
An explosion of ki brings about an unusual pair of visitor’s to the Son household: two hedgehogs, one pink and one blue.
As Sonic and Amy wait for the 7 miracle balls to be gathered so they can return home, Goku takes a keen interest in the stormy ki inside Sonic. It festers deep inside him, chaotic and wild. With only a very limited time before they go home, he takes Sonic under his wing to help him unlock his true potential with one ultimate goal: to take the hedgehog on in a one versus one, no hold barred brawl.
