Summary
Hal’s mug fell to the floor, shattering the fragile porcelain and spraying coffee all over the floor. His heart hammered painfully against his ribs as his adrenaline spiked to new heights. Rapidly tapping the keys, he tried to bring up another camera with a view of the building. A new camera’s feed appeared on the screen and Hal’s previously vibrating heart froze and fell down an elevator shaft. The building wasn’t a building anymore. It was little more than a smoldering pile of rubble. The surrounding buildings had also received significant damage and were on the verge of collapse. There was no way a mere man could survive that explosion.
Batman was dead.

Summary
Now that the JLA knows that Batman is actually a Tired Dad, they can’t help but turn their eyes to Gotham. The Batkids are concerning, a nightmare is unfolding in Gotham and Batman is compromised. Determined to follow protocol, the JLA steps in to help. However, the Batkids are not okay with this and will not allow the JLA control of Gotham or of them.
Or, the Batkids continue to annoy the league and learn they may have overreacted, the league learns that being a parent is hard and they may have taken this following protocol thing too far and everyone learns that relationships take work.

NYPD is called into a homicide where they find a uniquely disturbing scene -- a woman apparently eaten by piglets. Overwhelmed, Lieutenant Van Buren decides to call in the BAU to help find out who did it before anyone else gets killed. And what's the White Collar division doing poking their noses around a murder case? (I swear it's better than it sounds, or at least I hope so.)
You don't need to have seen every show for this to make sense.
