"I-I don't want to get into contact with him." Magda says quickly. "I want to get into contact with you."
"Why?" Lorna asks, frowning.
Magda tenses. "My son." She finally manages to get out. She clutches her sleeves tightly, almost nervously, and takes a deep breath. "My son... your half brother. I want him to have some connection to his father. If not through the man himself, why not through his daughter?"
OR
Lorna Dane finds out she has a brother and so drags her boyfriend across America to go meet him. There she has to face the reality of her childhood was a mess and she doesn't know anything about life.
Canon compliant until after Days of Future Past. Then after that it’s fair game because maybe I want my toxic (not yet old man) gays and FOX can’t stop me. Also FOX were cowards for not letting Erik know Peter was his son and we all agree. I am forever salty over it, and Lorna’s exclusion.

It's meant to be fun and merry. But how can Matt be merry? It's his first Christmas without Foggy. So, whilst he waits for an important message from Elektra that proves she is alive and wants to see him, he goes to visit Foggy's grave, despite the cold and snow.

Despite his warm smiles and even warmer bowls of egg fried rice, Matt is depressed. He’s been depressed for a long time, but he tries to hide it, mostly because he’s meant to be the one who supports others.
If he allows himself to feel depressed, to show vulnerability, he’ll let everyone down. At least that’s what he thinks.
And then, she returns and interrupts his mourning.

Kind of a sequel to Vigilante Doordash and… Egg Fried Rice??? but mostly in spirit more than anything else, and if you haven’t read that, it’s all good. If you have read it, this is very different tonally. It leans way more into the agnst whilst still having found family and a good ending.

Matt decides it is time that Peter meets the other vigilantes. They all are as broken as each other. They should get on like a house on fire.
He also has an abundance of egg fried rice and is coping with the death of his best friend by showing up on the vigilante’s doorsteps with bowls of rice and concerned smiles.
And once Peter gave him his address in case Peter ever needed help, he should get ready for a lot of bowls.

Summary
10 Years ago, Edward Nashton disappeared. The case was looked into, deemed a lost cause with no tangible leads, and promptly relegated to the tall pile of cold cases the GCPD had accumulated.
10 years later, Richard Nashton kills his wife, and the surname Nashton flags in the system, linking the two cases together.
Jim Gordon, having been informed by Captain Essen in no uncertain terms that he was to stay away from any cases involving the Falcones and the Maronis (which in Gotham practically accounted for almost every crime committed) picks up the case and he, Harvey, Lee, and Ed are assigned the task of finding out what really happened to Edward Nashton.
Will Ed be able to keep his past buried, or will the truth rear its ugly head?
