Summary
Detective Maria Hill is a drunk disaster who is perpetually one bad week away from losing her job. Yet, she's somehow the best detective her small town has ever had. She can't seem to ever leave the place behind.
When a string of seemingly unrelated suicides rocks the quiet town, the FBI is called in. Special agent Natasha Romanoff arrives to assist the investigation and finds herself partnered with an eccentric detective who infuriates her to no end.
Forced to work together, the two women find themselves chasing a killer who seems to be invisible, only to discover that grief can take on a life of its own.
