Summary
Stuart is the weird autistic kid in school. Murdoc is the much older transfer kid who'd been held back a couple years. And their lockers are right next to one another, what could go wrong?
NOTE: Murdoc is 21 and Stuart is 17. Their canon age gap would be diabolical in this context.
Another note: I'm officially going on hiatus! Only for this fic. I've just lost motivation temporarily and I'd rather give all of you quality writing that you have to wait for than shitty writing and a bad plot. I know the last few chapters haven't been... good, to say the least. I wouldn't even call them decent. It's bad writing, plain and simple. I'm not going to force myself to write against my will anymore. I'll wait for inspiration to strike and I'll see where it takes me. It doesn't feel good to force it. On the bright side! I am working on a slightly different au - 2 to be exact, one of which is just a 2 chapter fic, but the other one is supposed to be much longer and is loosely related to this. Stay tuned yeah :)

Kris’s ears start to heat up, but they stay hidden behind shaggy chocolate hair. The ‘right time’ to talk about something? Could she mean…? “Yeah. Yes. We can.”
“Um… Kris? Do you… think this whole prophecy thing is the reason why we became friends?”
“Oh.”

Summary
The air between them crackles, the tension hot and sweet. Vi knows she looks good, hair dripping and skin damp. She knows Caitlyn knows it too. And this makes her want: the way Caitlyn is sitting like she’s above it all, glasses now nestled in her hair, eyes sharp and nightgown nearly transparent. Vi is daring Caitlyn to react, if only by the subtle shift of her hips.
“Do you want to touch me?” Caitlyn’s voice is clear as water as it cuts across the room — abrupt and mercifully direct. She closes her book.
Vi says, helplessly, “Yes.”
