Summary

When a series of shipments get stolen from the Port Mafia, they intend to track down and punish the faceless thieves. It's only then they realise they've been placed in the middle of a turf war that began right under their nose.
A gifted individual arrives in Yokohama with a past as dark as the ocean that lines the city. As she gets caught in the crossfire between the city's biggest players, they realise their problems all connect together. In order for her to accomplish her goals she must work with the warring sides, and confront the past she's been running from for so long.
