Across galaxies, beings touched by these comets form a lineage, and Shego’s consolidated green plasma marks her as a rare “Sovereign” among them. While they dismiss her brothers as incomplete evolutions, they come not to conquer—but to claim and recruit her into an ancient war against the Lorwardians, who seek to harvest comet-enhanced beings as living power sources. Earth governments, fearful and opportunistic, attempt to assert oversight, while the Comet Born recognize her as something far greater: a self-stabilizing star. Caught between planetary loyalty and cosmic destiny, Shego must choose whether she belongs solely to Earth—or to the universe that forged her.
