Summary
The man in black walked forward cautiously, and called out, "I see that you have little need of rescuing. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. The prince of Camelot would be trained enough to take down one greasy pig of a man."
Arthur said nothing, and the man drew closer. Arthur eyed the sword in the man's belt, and the man stopped.
"Now, you wouldn’t be waiting for me to come close enough to steal my sword, would you? Considering I've come to help you, that would be rather rude."
Arthur looked back up at his face, his face impassive. "And why did you come to help me? Sorcerers are no longer welcome in Camelot. You gain nothing by helping me."
The man huffed, and crossed his arms. "Let's just say I'm keeping a promise to someone I knew once. A foolish boy who thought quiet highly of you. I can see that his assessment of you being a prattish arse was accurate."
Arthur's face darkened, and he stood. "Don't you dare call me that, you treacherous piece of shit. I know who you are."
The man tilted his head, "Oh, and who am I?"
Arthur's head lowered, and he glared at the man with eyes that wished him worse than dead. "You're the one who killed Merlin."

Summary
(Part of my one-shot series)
Merlin's scowl deepened and he planted his hands on his hips.
"Just because I'm a magician doesn't mean I can help you. Very few know to handle the arts of the mind - I could very well boil your brain by accident."
Archer scoffed, and crossed his arms.
“So that’s another thing you’re pathetic at, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.”
Merlin felt his face flush, and began to puff up with an insult sitting at the tip of his tongue when Archer scrunched his face with distain. His nose crinkled in baleful, stubborn displeasure, and suddenly Merlin found his breath stuck in his throat.
It was just like how Arthur used to crinkle his nose, back in the day, whenever Uther told him he couldn't ride his horse in the rain. Archer also had the same tilt to his eyes, pale and piercing, that promised he'd dig his heels down deep into the earth until he got his way. The whole image was like a flash of the past, morphed into a cruel projection of what that expression would have looked like on an older Arthur; an Arthur who had never disappeared in a river. One who'd never died.

Summary
(Part of my one-shot AU multifandom series)
Len pressed his hands to the glass dome over Jim's pod. He laid still as he always did, but Len could have sworn in that moment he looked paler then he should ever be.
“You don’t get to die on me. You don’t get to drive me insane with your stupid optimism and naïve dreams of a better world and - and get me to believe you, just for you to die and prove me right. You’re going to live and get old and actually do the shit I never had the guts to do,” Len's voice choked as his eyes filled up. He pressed away from the glass and scrubbed roughly at his eyes. "You stubborn jackass.”
He couldn’t cry, not here, not ever, because that’s not what surgeons did. Len took a steadying breath. He took in the details of Jim's immortal face; the ungelled spiky blond hair, the relaxed eyebrows, the blue eyes that McCoy had never truly seen face to face. He was peaceful here, even when his spirit was in a body that was shutting down and almost ready to spit Jim back to square one.
Yes, Jim would tell him it would be alright. He'd say it was ok to cry.
Len smirked a bit at Jim's relaxed face. Too bad Len would never give him the chance to say it to his face.

Summary
Ice prince. That's what everyone calls him. It's a play on words. People call him that because he's so regal on the ice, creating art with his body, each of his movements effortless and graceful. People also call him that because of his demeanor, an impenetrable mask that is perfect, but entirely devoid of genuine emotion. At least, that's what people think, but Till knows better.
He's studied each of Ivan's movements, both on and off the ice. Committed each micro-expression of his to memory and can now tell exactly how Ivan is feeling just by the most minute twitch of his brow, can tell exactly which smiles are fake and practiced. Spoiler alert, almost all of them are. Ninety five percent of Ivan's smiles never reach his eyes, no one but Till can tell, though.
How does Till know so much about Ivan? Well, that's easy. He's developed the rather unsavory habit of stalking Ivan. It started innocently enough, it's actually almost a romantic story if you avoid all of Till's rather creepy activities.

Summary
The cheering of the aliens in the audience sounds a lot like rain, Till thinks, and he wonders if this is how Ivan felt. If he felt as much solace as Till does now, dying with someone at his side. Bastard.
The world bursts with colors, vibrant life. Artificially green grass and blue skies with lazily floating clouds. He's standing in the middle of a field barefoot, with the familiar weight of a collar on his throat. The same one he died wearing. In front of him is Mizi, hand in hand with Sua, who Till remembers died like a firework show--a beautiful spectacle that tore apart everything it touched. The first thing Till does is to turn around, to turn away from the star that mesmerized and blinded him, and at his back is--
Black eyes, wide with surprise, fingers curled into the bark of a tree just meters away. So, so close.
Maybe God hasn't abandoned us after all.
His ears pop. Blood streams from his nose, a steady trickle.
Ivan catches him when he faints.
If there's anything Till is, it's stubborn and a tad vindictive.

Summary
“What are you doing?”
Ivan ignored the voice, continuing to mush his face with his hands as he stared at his reflection in the water.
“I said, what are you doing?”
Ivan pulled too hard and winced. His cheek was still sore after Till punched it a few days ago. He didn’t know why, seeing as all he did was destroy a wreath of cameras that Till presented to him, but that was alright. He kind of liked how it felt.
“Hey!” A brown hand clamped around his wrist and yanked, forcing Ivan to pay attention to its owner. An older girl was frowning at him, her blue eyes (dull, nowhere near as bright as Till’s—) zeroing in on his face. “Are you hurt? Is that why you’re ignoring me?”
