Summary
Grace is unprepared for the level of love that all of Erid seemed to have for him. It was vaguely terrifying, but also.... nice? To be cared for. To be wanted.
It gets worse when they find out the circumstances of him ending up on the Hail Mary.
When his declining health necessitates a trip back to Earth, he is faced with a planet that loves him so fiercely and wonderfully that it finally starts to break through his crippling lack of self worth and bloom into something incredible.
And Earth? Earth has to deal with an Erid that is polite, protective, and most of all, pissed.

On a routine mission to save another Star, Ryland, Rocky and their team of Eridians find an odd- HORRIFYING- Moon.
And the poor, mutated man floating in its ocean.
And decide to play Human Physical, Mental and Mutation Rehab- despite no one on board really knowing how.
Simon is just glad he's not dead, and gets to try real food. And gets to see a Sun. And this weird little habitat that the other guy lives in is cool.
...Grace is pretty cool too, he guesses. Fuck the Rocks tho.

Summary
Grace has been watching a ping on his radar on a while, marking down its coordinates relative to Erid.
When the ping goes out, he and Rocky set out to investigate.
Upon finding the source of the ping, Rocky and Grace rescue an extremely traumatized, concussed, (handsome?) human.
The human turns out not to be super docile.or
Simon wakes up on Erid after the events of the blood ocean. He's confused and scared but glad to be alive at least.

Summary
The journey to Erid was long and tedious, despite Rocky's best efforts to alliviate the boredom, four years with only a bossy rock for company is enough to drive anyone insane.
Upon arrival, sick and malnourished, Grace expects to be met with confusion and fear from the eridians, demands for explanations, and a long and drawn-out process to create living conditions for him.
What he does not expect to find is another human, comfortably living at the eridians' best recreation of an apple orchard and fiercely attached to Rocky’s mate, Adrian.
