Izuku woke up, the sun shining on his face. He let out a sleepy hum and turned around to snuggle up to Kacchan and sleep some more. But when he reached out towards his partner, he wasn’t there and Izuku opened his eyes in confusion.
Not only was Kacchan not in bed with him, Izuku wasn’t even in their bedroom. It took him a second to remember he was sleeping over at Ochako’s and Tenya’s house and why. But when he did, an excited smile overtook his face and he buried his head in his pillow.

He was determined to stay around for as long as the universe and to never lose his light. But sometimes he really wished he could ignore those voices too.
