Summary

Beautiful, serpentine, very female, and lethal to the Horcrux, which dribbles out of her forehead as black nasty goo. She couldn't be happier except for just one thing: naga are illegal in Britain. She has to flee, or be executed.
But, then, she has a lot more problems to leave behind, and Norway sounds like an absolutely brilliant place to begin her second life.

Summary
There are many kinds of dangerous people. Murderers, tyrants, madmen, and then there's Luz Noceda. Which might sound strange considering she's a fourteen-year-old girl. But appearances can be deceiving. Because normally it takes years for someone to become a threat to the world. Luz only needed access to a library and motivation. And honestly, that's far more concerning. You see, most people, when they discover they can't use magic, eventually accept it. Sure, they might cry a little, get depressed, complain about the unfairness of life, and eventually move on. Luz, on the other hand, looked at the rules of reality, analyzed them, studied them, and came to a perfectly reasonable conclusion.
"I'm going to break them," she declared.
And so began the process of a hyperactive teenager, obsessed with fantasy and fueled primarily by sugar and bad ideas, becoming a threat to public safety across the Boiling Isles. All completely legal. Probably. Well... Eda was still investigating that part. (whenever she feels like it)
