   Summary

   The Justice League apprehend the notorious Crimelord Red Hood while in Metropolis and bring him up to the Watchtower for interrogation. They fail to give him medical care or to notify Batman as per protocols. Luckily Nightwing stops by and his protective instincts kick in for his Little Wing
