Caine liked everything about Kinger: his voice, the rectangular glasses with thin temples, the bangs covering his eyes, the mustache and goatee, his slender neck, the dark circles under his eyes, his soft smile, the rumpled collar of his shirt, and the purple vest with that stupid diamond pattern. Kinger appeared in his dreams almost every night, and Caine truly didn't understand how he could have fallen so hard after exchanging just a few words with a stranger.

Mihawk's face is cold, detached, almost dead. You can't even tell how hot he was just a couple of hours ago. Zoro almost unconsciously touches the dark marks on his neck, and his lips curle into a smile. Why does it seem so important, the boy does not know. But it fells so warm and safe right now.

Prince Zoro decides that the festival of games is the perfect opportunity to express how he feels to his former mentor, Dracule Mihawk. Up in the high balcony with the other royals, Zoro can see him walking among the princes and knights that have come to try and win his hand, helping them with their armor and their weapons. He did not plan on giving any of them his favor, instead he will choose the master swordsman, thereby earning him a spot in the games. Zoro didn't doubt Mihawk's ability to beat everyone here.
