Hakuji found her abandoned with her face burrowed in the snow, being pathetically coaxed into Death’s awaiting arms like some bled-out, forlorn fawn with its stomach sliced open. Summary
The sudden thud and shake was the only warning before the very Earth herself seemed to rattle and disintegrate. Thick mountain air pressed onto Sakura's back, straining and intruding. Her body refused all commands to open her sealed eyelids and to just breathe. Her lungs searing and burning. Igniting a fierce survival instinct.
Even though there is no ground under her, her legs wobble and shake. Bones too frail to support the muscle and fat connected to them.
Sakura's shaky hands hover over the hot liquid trailing down her neck. Bringing her calloused hand to her lips, Sakura sticks out her tongue to taste the mysterious fluid. Salty sweat and sweet iron assaults her taste buds. Blood...

Summary
At first a genin Haruno Sakura understood nothing about the former class clown. Absolutely nothing. Not even the little things, like why does he wear that thick jumpsuit or why is he so obsessed with ramen?
The biggest thing of all however was his love for her.
At first Sakura thought Naruto was just trying to one up Sasuke-kun, make him jealous. But as time goes on Sakura knows Naruto could never have been shallow, she knows that this boy is genuine. That his love for her is real, even with how uncanny it seems.
Now Sakura will greedily take in his presence and his warmth. Because she loves everything about this wonderful person in front of her, she loves every flaw.

“I had scoliosis,” Peter whispered, not looking away from where they’d heard the metal snap. He had gone pale. Bucky was sure he was a few shades lighter, himself. “That’s… that’s what I was gonna say before."
“Yeah?” Bucky asked. He loosened his grip on Peter’s shoulder, but didn’t take his hand away.
“My back still hurts sometimes,” Peter explained quietly. “But that might be because of the swinging. Hard to find a strong enough chiropractor to crack it, you know? Maybe… maybe two thousand tons of concrete would do it, though.” Bucky leveled his gaze at the kid. Peter looked back at him, swallowing hard.
“Let’s call that Plan B, okay?” Bucky suggested.
“Yeah, okay,” Peter mumbled.

Or, Peter gets caught in the collapse of a parking garage with a (mildly) concussed Bucky Barnes, and has a nice get-to-know-you sesh with our favorite super soldier while waiting for Tony to find a safe way get them out. Super chill, right? Everything's fine. Oh- and he's been impaled by two rods of rebar and can't move without risking bleeding out. That... complicates things.

Summary
Peter’s encounters with Deadpool are initially only fleeting. He doesn’t know much about him, simply that he’s a trained mercenary for hire who’s nearly impossible to kill.
Impossible to kill, maybe. But as Peter spends more time with Wade, he realizes that Wade is not unbreakable. From broken fingers to head injuries, Peter teaches Wade how to be cared for, and Wade returns the favor when Peter needs him most.
(Or: 5 times that Peter helped Wade with his healing factor, and one time that Wade returned the favor.)

Summary
