Summary
Illegally taken and indoctrinated into the Militia and trained since 10 to become a pilot, 19-year-old Eric Volker (pronounced Folker) is now a Staff Sergeant in the SRS M-COR. When he turned 15, he was allowed to pick his titan as he finished his training. He picked a Vanguard-class titan whom he named "Vera."
After a bloody and useless four-month-long operation in a massive city on a planet that no one will ever remember the name of Militia high command orders an evacuation of the city and its civilian populace. When a bombing raid of the city by the IMC kills most of the Militia Pilots and Titans, it forces the Militia to come up with a single exfil point for the last of the Pilots and Titans to rendezvous at to cover the extraction effort.
